Apartments in Prestige Hall residential complex are purchased through bonds acquisition according to securities sale agreement.

Acquiring a block of bonds, an owner chooses specific estate from free, not reserved options and fixes it under reservation agreement.

To acquire bonds a customer must have a securities account in one of depositories licensed by GKUBRF.
On request the buyer, such account can be opened in Privatbank depository (GKUBRF license series AB № 113054 as of 15 October 2004).

There is an opportunity either to use an installment plan from the project developer or to receive a loan from PrivatBank, a financial partner of the project.
