Second stage of Prestige Hall residential complex is commissioned!
On March 19, 2012 the Inspection of State Architectural and Construction Control in Kyiv issued a certificate of compliance to Prestige Hall residential complex, which indicates the readiness of the second start-up facility.
This document certifies the readiness of the 8th section of the complex and allows the project developer – A.B.C. LLC - to complete ownership documents. Second stage of Prestige Hall residential complex includes separate 25 floor building with total area of 22136,7 sqm. Residential area is 8065,5 sqm, with total number of apartment – 151. Second stage of construction includes also commercial areas of 3576,9 sqm, heat supply station, pumping unit, fire suppressing unit, and utility rooms.
